Note: The first red dot near Capitol is where you can find the Cebu Pensione Plaza - and then just walk going the main street, and you can take a Jeepney Route Number - 17B, 04D, 17D. Then just say to the driver you will drop off - Eskina Sudlon, and then just walk going inside. The fare is 7.50 pesos, for Taxi you can just tell the Cab Driver to go to Sudlon Lahug and go to EcoTech.
