Note: The first red dot near Capitol is where you can find the The Maxwell Hotel Cebu - and then just from the main street, and you can take a Jeepney Route Number - 17B, 04D, 17D. Then just say to the driver you will drop off - Eskina Sudlon, and then just walk going inside. The fare is 7.50 pesos, for Taxi you can just tell the Cab Driver to go to Sudlon Lahug and go to EcoTech.
You will see the green colored part are JY and AYALA two big areas that can be helpful to remind you of the exact location.
