It is also situated within the hospital belt -Cebu Doctor's University Hospital, Chong Hua Hospital and Perpetual Succour Hospital. The Our Lady of the Sacred Heart(Capitol Parish) Church and the Our Lady of Perpetual Help (Redemptorist) Church are within walking distance. 


It is just a few minutes’ jeepney or taxi ride to convention, exhibition, sporting event venues, Uptown and Downtown Cebu’s business districts, and other areas of interests.

This is good for walk-in only, good and affordable place.
